After completing a B.S. degree in Community Health Promotion in1996 at Liberty University in VA, Victoria Varney graduated from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in 2000. She became Nationally Certified in Massage and Bodywork in 2002. She has been the owner of Insideout Health & Wellness since it opened in 2004 in Wenham, MA and continues to offer the community alternative approaches to wellness. Victoria is passionate about educating her clients regarding well-being and how they can be more comfortable and healthy both short and long-term. She specializes in Deep Tissue Massage, Chronic Pain and Injury Work, Sports Massage and Lypossage. Victoria loves the challenge of seeing her clients meet their wellness goals of looking and feeling better. Vicki is an avid gardener and reader. She loves interior design and landscaping.

Since attending the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Joyce has worked in many capacities in the food and beverage industry and continues part-time in a local restaurant. Joyce learned a love of massage through her own healing journey with bodywork and holistic medicine. She is a 2006 graduate of The Palmer Institute of Massage and Bodywork. In addition to her work at Insideout Health and Wellness, she continues to provide massage at the non-profit, North Shore Health Project where she interned during her years attending Palmer. Joyce specializes in Swedish, Myofascial, Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage and Polarity. She works intuitively, integrating these methods in order to provide relief and balance to her clients. In her spare time, Joyce enjoys biking, kayaking, fitness and home projects.

Liz Ciolino is a graduate of the Polarity Realization Institute in Ipswich, MA and has been practicing Massage Therapy for over 20 years with Nationally Certification over 18 years. Liz also graduated from North Shore Community College with an Associates degree from the Physical Therapy Assistant program working in various settings as a PTA for over 10 years.
Liz specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Stretching, Range of Motion (ROM) and Sports Massage. She enjoys working to help alleviate chronic pain from injury and orthopedic conditions. Her goal is to increase a person’s quality of life by increasing circulation, ROM, and functional mobility while decreasing stress, pain and muscle tension.

Michelle Mead is a graduate of Catherine Hinds School of Esthetics and has been working on the North Shore for 20 years. Michelle is certified in Ultrasonic Facial treatments, microdermabrasion, P.C.A. and Glymed peels. Her other areas of expertise include anti-age treatments, problematic skin, and makeup application. She is also an expert in brow shaping and body waxing. Michelle’s passion for esthetics has only grown stronger over time with a desire to educate her clients on the latest innovation in treatments that will address their skincare needs. Michelle loves living clean and healthy. She enjoys learning and keeping up with current trends in skincare. Michelle is also a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor. She loves books, music, and lives with her family in West Peabody.

Martin Brother has an M.S.O.M. from Samra University and is a Diplomate in Oriental Medicine with 25 years of experience in healthcare and healing. A recent transplant from Oregon, Martin has had successful practices in Southern California and Oregon, and is delighted to be joining the North Shore community along with his wife and daughter. He has developed specialties in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, headaches, neck and back pain, and women’s health. In addition to his expertise in acupuncture and herbal medicine, he has a tremendous background in massage therapy and brings a sensitive touch to his holistic healing approach. “I am a results oriented practitioner, aiding recovery from injury and illness, and most importantly, I am committed to patient education and wellness.” Martin enjoys an active lifestyle that includes running, paddling, tennis, hiking, and biking.
