After completing a B.S. degree in Community Health Promotion in1996 at Liberty University in VA, Victoria Varney graduated from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in 2000. She became Nationally Certified in Massage and Bodywork in 2002. She has been the owner of Insideout Health & Wellness since it opened in 2004 in Wenham, MA and continues to offer the community alternative approaches to wellness. Victoria is passionate about educating her clients regarding well-being and how they can be more comfortable and healthy both short and long-term. She specializes in Deep Tissue Massage, Chronic Pain and Injury Work, Sports Massage and Lypossage. Victoria loves the challenge of seeing her clients meet their wellness goals of looking and feeling better. Vicki is an avid gardener and reader. She loves interior design and landscaping.

Since attending Columbia College and completing a B.A. degree in Criminal Justice in 2002, Vickie then became a licensed massage therapist in 2010 from SpaTech Institute in Plymouth, MA. She is passionate and dedicated to help others achieve optimal health and well-being. With her fresh and intuitive approach, she specializes in sports, deep tissue, Hot & Cold Stone Massage, NMT/trigger point, scar reduction, and active release techniques. Vickie works with chronic pain, injury and disease helping to improve quality of life.

Since attending the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Joyce has worked in many capacities in the food and beverage industry and continues part-time in a local restaurant. Joyce learned a love of massage through her own healing journey with bodywork and holistic medicine. She is a 2006 graduate of The Palmer Institute of Massage and Bodywork. In addition to her work at Insideout Health and Wellness, she continues to provide massage at the non-profit, North Shore Health Project where she interned during her years attending Palmer. Joyce specializes in Swedish, Myofascial, Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage and Polarity. She works intuitively, integrating these methods in order to provide relief and balance to her clients. In her spare time, Joyce enjoys biking, kayaking, fitness and home projects.

Alisha Hamm, Certified Reflexologist, Holistic Nutrition Coach, Aromatherapist, and Master Toe Reader. Alisha is an Intuitive Wellness Practitioner who uses an integrative approach in healing to achieve a balanced health & wellness life. Alisha specialized in Holistic Healthcare with a Mind-Body Transformation Psychology concentration in Tempe, Arizona at The Southwest Institute for Healing Arts. Alisha also interned at an Alternative Cancer Treatment Center and AIDS/HIV. Alisha works with clients of all ages, pets, acute or chronic ailments and anyone who is looking for wellness guidance, to learn relaxation techniques, boost their immune system, relieve pain or get energized! Currently, Alisha is working on becoming a Hypnotherapist.

Michelle Mead is a graduate of Catherine Hinds School of Esthetics and has been working on the North Shore for 20 years. Michelle is certified in Ultrasonic Facial treatments, microdermabrasion, P.C.A. and Glymed peels. Her other areas of expertise include anti-age treatments, problematic skin, and makeup application. She is also an expert in brow shaping and body waxing. Michelle’s passion for esthetics has only grown stronger over time with a desire to educate her clients on the latest innovation in treatments that will address their skincare needs. Michelle loves living clean and healthy. She enjoys learning and keeping up with current trends in skincare. Michelle is also a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor. She loves books, music, and lives with her family in West Peabody.

After spending a number of years working in the corporate realm, she realized her true calling was to help people both mentally and physically through massage. Erin provides a calm and relaxing experience for her clients, and is committed to enhancing their well-being. She specializes in Swedish, Hot Stone, Reflexology and Reiki. Whenever possible, Erin loves to find ways to connect with nature and her surroundings.

With a BA degree in Psychology from Colorado, a Board Certified Holistic Health Counselor, as well as a member of the American Association for Drugless Practitioners, Caroline aligns with the model of prevention, conscious wellness and alternative health practices that support the natural healing process. As a highly-regarded health & wellness practitioner, she practices a combination of modalities that include Polarity Energy Therapy, Bioenergetics (Low Light Laser therapy for food, seasonal and environmental allergies/sensitivities, and pain) as well as nutritional & lifestyle coaching. She has an educated and connected understanding about the importance and need for proper self-care, stress management, and nutrition.

She brings over ten years of experience into her practice and offers a therapeutic massage blending deep tissue and Swedish massage with acupressure and connective tissue techniques. She intentionally creates a massage that will suit your specific needs. Her work helps individuals on their path to wellness, whether new or experienced with massage. Liane believes in the body’s ability to heal itself and that massage therapy is one of the many paths to restoring health and wholeness to the body.

Laurel is a graduate of Northeastern University with a bachelor’s degree in management and a graduate of Bancroft School of Massage Therapy. She brings over 21 years of massage therapy experience specializing in deep tissue, sports, and Swedish relaxation techniques. She is an intuitive body worker who integrates various modalities she’s learned over the years like Reiki, myofacial release and trigger point work to meet the individual needs of her clients. Her treatments range from a very light soothing and comforting touch to deep tissue sports therapy. She is a bright, friendly and caring body worker who has a passion for helping others through their wellness journey.
